HOW MUCH SHOULD I BUDGET FOR MY EVENT?

There is so much that goes into an overall budget. Best practice is to think in terms of price per person. Our typical ​client expects to spend a minimum of $100 per person for non-wedding related events and $250+ per person for full ​service weddings.


ARE WE REQUIRED TO BOOK ONLY THE VENDORS YOU RECOMMEND OR DO WE HAVE THE FREEDOM TO HIRE ​SOMEONE EVEN IF YOU HAVEN'T WORKED WITH THEM BEFORE?

I'm glad you asked! You are welcome to book reputable, licensed, and insured businesses that you are already ​acquainted with. We will be happy to provide you with questions you should ask and review their contract during ​the selection process to ensure you are getting the services you need.


DO YOU RECEIVE KICKBACKS FROM THE VENDORS YOU REFER TO?

No! Negative! Na-ah! Absolutely not!


DO YOU WORK WITH SAME-SEX COUPLES?

Yes, we do! We give our whole hearts to every member of our community. All clients can be sure that they will be ​treated with nothing but warmth, encouragement, and enthusiasm for their big day.


WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHAT YOU DO AND A VENUE COORDINATOR/HOST ON THE DAY-OF?

Your venue coordinator’s purpose is to ensure the VENUE delivers everything contractually promised to you. For ​example, they will be available to answer any questions you may have regarding the venue and ensure the doors are ​open on time, The lights and air are on and the equipment they committed to you is available, however they won’t ​help you locate and order your linens, florals, and cake.


Your event planner/coordinator works with you, your venue, and your vendors to cohesively bring your event vision ​to life. Your event planner will work with the venue coordinator to outline your floor plan and keep them abreast of ​the schedule of events so that they can have everything needed available for your big day. Your event planner will ​manage your entire day, your timeline, your setup details, and help with the every aspect of your event.


DO YOU BRING AN ASSISTANT DAY-OF?

Yes! Events under 150 guests and at 1 venue will have 1 assistant in addition to their lead planner. Events over 150 ​guests and/or taking place at 2 venues will be required to add an additional assistant(s) to their package.


ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes! We have the coverage required of most venues and can increase/add additional interests when needed.


DO YOU OFFER DAY OF COORDINATION?

Yes, we do! We refer to this service as event/wedding management. No matter what you call it this service is much ​more than just help on the day of the event, as we enter the planning process alongside you 2+ months out from the ​event and help tie up loose ends!


If you are certain you want us as part of your wedding team, we recommend hiring us today! This service is only ​available within a limited time frame from your event during our peak months.


CAN WE HIRE YOU FOR WEDDING-RELATED PARTIES SUCH AS BRIDAL SHOWERS, ENGAGEMENT PARTIES ​AND REHEARSAL DINNERS?

Absolutely! We love being involved in these additional events because they allow us to spend even more time with ​our couples and their families!
